Syntronic ranked among Top Ten Most Attractive Employers by students
Syntronic has once again been named one of Sweden’s ten most attractive employers in the tech category, according to a nationwide student survey by Karriärföretagen.
Nearly 5000 students from 28 universities across Sweden took part in the 2025 survey, where they were asked to name the employers that they find most attractive. The ranking includes companies that have received a Career Company Award and is based on factors such as employer branding, career opportunities, and student engagement.
Strong recognition
Syntronic’s talent acquisition team sees the result as a clear sign that the company’s long-term focus on talent development is making an impact.
“This kind of recognition is especially meaningful because it comes directly from the next generation of engineers, developers, and innovators. We’re proud to still be a company that stands out among students, just like last year,” says Malin Lundquist, Strategic Competence Leader at Syntronic Group.
Supporting growth
With strong ties to academia, Syntronic is committed to nurturing the next generation of engineers. Students are given the opportunity to write their thesis on-site and collaborate closely with experienced engineers. It is a model that results in real-world insight and helps bridging the gap between education and industry.
Syntronic looks forward to continuing and expanding its efforts to support the engineers of tomorrow.
