office building santa clara

Global technology firm Syntronic is expanding in the American market. The company is reinforcing its Santa Clara team in Silicon Valley. The reason behind the decision is the American customers’ increasing demand for the cutting-edge technology solutions that the global firm offers.

With a worldwide presence in eight countries on three continents, Syntronic is well-established in the global technology industry. The company’s Santa Clara office was started two years ago.

“It was a major milestone for us to establish ourselves in an area where technology history is written every day. Silicon Valley is one of the world’s most technically intense areas and it continues to attract the brightest minds in the industry. That is why we now choose to reinforce our presence here even further. ”

–  Björn Östlund, president of Syntronic USA

The global firm’s main focus in Santa Clara is research and development conducted at the front line of the latest technological discoveries. Syntronic’s America-based team develops leading-edge solutions to assist its American business partners in a wide range of sectors, including telecom, medtech, consumer, industrial, and automotive.

Hari Shukla, Sr. Director of Engineering and Senior RF system designer at Syntronic USA, believes that the personalized, customer-centred collaborations that the company offers is one of its success factors in Silicon Valley. Moreover, the team takes pride in having high standards. “One of the reasons I decided to join Syntronic is its excellent reputation in the industry and its exceptionally high standards. Moreover, Syntronic collaborates with world-leading customers, which allows us to experience many different kinds of assignments and develop professionally,” he says.

Another success factor is Syntronic USA’s close collaboration with the firm’s state-of-the-art design center in Canada as well as with its other global branches. The offer means that the research and development segment can be combined with manufacturing, aftermarket, and new product introduction services in an efficient and cost-effective way. Syntronic is a one-stop shop for business partners who are interested in creative solutions related to design, prototyping, verification, maintenance, and volume production. “Our colleagues in Canada and beyond put us in the perfect position to partner with our American clients throughout the entire life cycle of a solution or products,” Björn Östlund comments.

The Santa Clara team looks forward to Syntronic USA’s expansion within its areas of expertise which includes hardware, RF and antenna design, embedded/application/cloud software development, data engineering, FPGA, mechanics, simulations, integration, and verification. “Our Santa Clara team is involved in exciting projects that include everything from developing 5G solutions that result in efficient telecom infrastructure systems, to innovative radar system designed to generate hyperlocal, real-time HD road weather information to keep drivers safe, protect cargo, and reduce insurance claims as a result of reducing accidents” says Björn Östlund. “We also play a key role in projects aiming to develop wireless technology-based smart consumer products as well as designing wireless communication systems for train, electric, gas and water utility operations,” he adds.

In addition to reinforcing its team in Santa Clara, Syntronic has launched a major recruitment drive in Canada. The company will open two new offices on the North American continent, in Toronto and Montréal respectively. Syntronic looks forwards to strengthening its presence in the American market.
