Syntronic has signed a technical cooperation agreement with a cloud computing company in the life sciences industry. Under the agreement, Syntronic will provide software-related R&D and testing services.

The two parties will build medical and multi-channel CRM solutions for pharmaceutical establishments in the context of the new partnership. Moreover, Syntronic and its partner will implement efficient and comprehensive digital management procedures to enhance customer relationships and sales processes.

Development through expertise

The advanced CRM solutions that Syntronic’s R&D and testing engineers develop cover a wide range of areas.

The solutions will facilitate marketing activities, sales leads, customer tracking, sales management, orders, quotes, customer service, and the after-sales feedback process.

Through benefitting from efficient solution for collection, sorting and analyzing data, Syntronic’s partner will be able to effectuate a date centralization. The partner will also be empowered to standardize its sales processes.

Syntronic is noticing a continues demand for its software-related advanced R&D expertise in 2022. Several large-scale projects have already been completed this year.

This year’s list of projects includes the development of a data format conversion software platform for a world-leading electric power transmission company, a digital transformation platform for a prominent automotive technology company, and an electronic system for a renowned player in the automotive industry.
