Syntronic receives Career Company Award 2024

The winners of the 2024 Career Company awards in Sweden were announced today. Syntronic is among the recipients of this prestigious award for the second consecutive year.

The jury’s motivation reads as follows:

About the Award

Career Company of the Year is a award programme for employers that offer unique career and development opportunities for graduates and young professionals. The aim is to make it easy for the target audience to find their next employer and to reward successful initiatives for strengthening employer brands.

Approximately 400 companies, government agencies, and municipalities were selected based on the following criteria: The nominees were required to have at least 250 employees, a turnover of at least 250 million SEK, and an HR manager. Moreover, the nominees were required to actively carry out recruitment and employer branding activities.

In the second stage of the selection process, an expert panel assessed the attractiveness of organizations as employers through external measurements, activities towards students and professionals, presence and quality in social and other digital media, and the quality of the digital career pages. The decision on which companies were to receive the award was made by a jury consisting of specialists in HR, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
