Syntronic receives Career Company Award 2023

The winners of the 2023 Career Company Awards in Sweden were officially announced today. Syntronic is one of the companies to receive the award. In its official statement, the jury also highlights that Syntronic is a responsible and caring employer.

About the award

The Career Company Awards in Sweden are handed out to employers that offer unique career and development opportunities for newly graduated students and young professionals. The aim is to make it easy for the target group to find their next employer and to reward successful employer branding initiatives.

Approximately 1,000 companies, government agencies, authorities and municipalities were selected based on a set of criteria stipulating that the contestants must have at least 250 employees, a turnover of at least SEK 250 million, carry out recruitment activities, and have a dedicated HR Manager.

In the second phase of the selection process, an expert panel evaluated how attractive the organizations are as employers in external assessments, activities towards students and graduates, the presence and quality in social and other digital media, as well as the quality of the organizations’ career pages.

The final selection was made by a jury consisting of leading specialists in HR, marketing and entrepreneurship.
