Syntronic acquires Naida Telecom’s microwave product line

Syntronic has just finalized the acquisition of Naida Telecom (Jiangsu) Science and Technology Co. Ltd’s microwave product operations. This development marks the global engineering design house’s first acquisition in Asia.

As a result of the acquisition, Syntronic Solutions in Singapore is now responsible for ongoing product sales, after-sales service, technical support, and the associated intellectual property rights for the microwave product line.

“The integration of this microwave product line notably enriches our communications division in Asia, creating synergies with our existing operations, Zhao Zhensheng, General Manager of Syntronic Asia, commented on this strategic expansion.
