Syntronic receives Employer Branding Company of the Year Award

Syntronic has been recognized as a Career Company 2024, which marks the company as a top employer when it comes to offering unique career opportunities and possibilities for professional growth. Moreover, Syntronic was also selected as the winner of a special award: Employer Branding Company of the Year.

These prestigious recognitions are handed out annually by Career Companies (Karriärföretagen), an organization that assesses employers in Sweden based on the career and development opportunities that the latter offer to graduates and young professionals. The goal is to help these groups connect with potential employers, while awarding outstanding employer branding strategies.

Around 1,000 organizations, including companies, agencies, and municipalities, were evaluated based on size, turnover, recruitment efforts, and HR management. An expert panel then assessed their attractiveness as employers, focusing on student engagement, digital presence, and career sections on official websites. The final winners were chosen by a jury of HR, marketing, and entrepreneurship specialists.

The jury’s motivation

In its motivation, the jury highlighted Syntronic's strategic efforts in employer branding, stating:
