Syntronic developed an AI-powered recruitment agent designed to support HR teams in optimizing and automating the hiring process for engineering roles. The solution leverages large language models, semantic search, and intelligent ranking algorithms to analyze job descriptions and match them with candidate resumes.

By transforming large volumes of unstructured recruitment data into a structured and searchable talent pool, the system enables HR professionals to quickly identify the most relevant candidates. It automatically extracts key competencies, evaluates candidate profiles, and generates ranking scores, creating a more consistent and data-driven selection process. The result is a significant reduction in manual workload alongside improved speed and quality in recruitment decisions.

Scope

Syntronic was responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of the AI-powered recruitment platform. The project included developing functionality for job description analysis, resume ingestion and normalization across formats, and AI-based scoring and ranking of candidates.

The solution was integrated with the customer's internal HR systems, existing resume databases, and selected external recruitment platforms. Particular focus was placed on ensuring that the system aligned with real HR workflows and could be adopted without disrupting existing processes. In parallel, a scalable architecture was established to support continuous updates, evolving hiring needs, and future expansion.

Results

The implementation of the AI-powered recruitment agent led to clear improvements in both efficiency and quality within the HR function. Resume screening became significantly faster, reducing the time spent on manual review and enabling shorter recruitment cycles. At the same time, the accuracy of candidate matching improved, resulting in fewer irrelevant applications and more consistent selection outcomes.
