Syntronic has signed a project cooperation agreement with a leading automotive technology company for the development of an advanced system for vehicle electrical performance testing and analysis.

This system developed by Syntronic’s engineers is based on WinForm, SQLite, NPOI, and LinQ technologies. It is used to support monitoring of testing performance data, automated generation of data analysis and reports, and evaluation of testing performance.

Moreover, the system is designed to ensure smooth module integration, scalability for future needs, and efficient data processing capabilities. It empowers the customer with a fully automated and standardized evaluation framework designed enhance the quality and competitiveness of test products in the fast-paced automotive market.

Optimized testing process

The system developed by Syntronic includes several advanced modules tailored to optimize the vehicle electrical performance testing process.

The test standard database management module consolidates industry standards for electrical performance testing and evaluation. It automates intelligent assessment of test results within a unified framework, providing users with reliable benchmarks for accurate performance comparisons. This module establishes a solid reference for evaluating and improving vehicle electrical performance.

Furthermore, the system includes a test automation report generation module for streamlining data analysis and visualization. Intelligent algorithms in this module identify transient and steady-state intervals, enabling the creation of intuitive, graphical reports from structured test data. By eliminating data silos and enhancing collaboration, this module ensures test results are accessible, clear, and actionable.

Quality improvement

The system also incorporates an automated evaluation module, which offers flexible and objective performance assessments through customizable criteria and judgment modes. Evaluation criteria are organized and integrated into detailed reports, delivering actionable insights for optimization. This module automates the analysis of test data, significantly simplifying report generation while supporting product quality improvements and innovation.

The successful outcome of this collaboration underscores Syntronic’s dedication to providing innovative and efficient solutions that address the evolving needs of its partners in the automotive industry.
