  • Take ownership of production systems, providing hands-on support for Linux-based environments and connected network infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot complex networking issues (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewall configuration) and perform root-cause analysis for system disruptions.
  • Develop, debug, and maintain Java-based applications, tools, and integration services used in production systems.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to support system diagnostics, performance tuning, and data validation.
  • Conduct detailed Linux system analysis, monitoring system logs, managing services, and performing performance optimization.
  • Log, track, and document incidents in the SS ticketing system with precision and clarity.
  • Prioritize, escalate, and coordinate issue resolution based on technical severity and operational impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams—including hardware, networking, and software groups—to resolve complex, multi-layered issues.
  • Maintain technical documentation, playbooks, and knowledge bases for continuous operational improvement.
  • What you'll need to get the job done

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in comp sci or related field.
  • Minimum experience: Bachelor’s + 2-3 years work experience or Master’s + 1 year work experience.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong IT networking background, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, and firewall management.
  • Proficiency in Java programming for debugging, tool development, and backend support.
  • Experience with network analysis and configuration, log analysis, shell scripting, service management, and system tuning.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL performance optimization.
  • Excellent abilities in Database SQL. Ability to write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, etc.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to diagnosing layered software/network/system problems.
  • 1+ years of hands-on IT support, system integration, or service engineering experience (warehouse or industrial environments a plus).
  • Self-driven, customer-focused, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • What will make us REALLY love you

  • Experience supporting Linux-based production environments with Java-driven backend systems.
  • Hands-on exposure to warehouse management systems, robotics, or automation technologies.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or structured incident/change management processes.
  • Experience with Crystal report
  • Experience in bilingual (Mandarin/English) technical support or system operations roles.
  • Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar to automate diagnostics, deployment, or monitoring tasks.
