Great working environment
To bicycle parts manufacturers, ensuring that all types of bicycles have effective transmission and durability is an issue of great importance. Their research and development work is centred around this issue. Testing the quality of bicycle parts before they leave the factory is also an essential step. It is especially important to test the stretch of the bicycle wheel spokes and the distance between the gears. For those reasons, manufacturers are increasingly turning to R&D experts such as Syntronic in search of efficient solutions.

Increased demand for hardware
In the bicycle spare part sector, the traditional wheel inspection basically relies on the experience and feel of individual professionals, who carry out tests and adjustments manually. However, with the substantial increase in the production quantity, only relying on manpower for inspection is associated with lower efficiency and a higher error rate.
