Production for your unique needs
Syntronic Canada provides flexible contract manufacturing services, from proof of concept to full-scale production and aftermarket support. The 6,500 sqm (70,000 sqft) AS9100 and ISO 9001 certified facility in Ottawa delivers quick-turn CCA/PCBA prototyping, NPI, and high-quality electromechanical manufacturing supported by comprehensive testing and repair capabilities.
Canadian production sites
Syntronic’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is located in Ottawa’s Kanata North Research Park, a leading technology hub for the Canadian electronics industry. The site delivers flexible, high-quality manufacturing solutions and works in close collaboration with Syntronic’s global production and R&D network to ensure consistency, scalability, and technical excellence.
With capabilities spanning prototyping, NPI, volume production, and aftermarket services, the facility provides customers with reliable and efficient support from initial design transfer to long-term service and repair.
Syntronic Canada operates alongside R&D centers in Ottawa, Toronto, and Montreal, as well as a site in Santa Clara, California. Together, these locations form an integrated network offering end-to-end lifecycle solutions, from concept and design to manufacturing, testing, and support.

- Quick turn prototyping, in as little as 3 days
- Volume capability with >200 000 placements/hour and panel sizes of >1000x600mm
- Full CCA/PCBA validation capability, including
- SPI, AOI (pre and post reflow), X-ray, flying probe, ICT
- Through-hole soldering (selective and manual)
- Cleaning and Coating of PCB and/or CCA/PCBA
- Full electromechanical integration/assembly with configuration
- Quality Management System
- Mechanical design and CNC workshop
