Syntronic Malaysia is looking for a PA Design Engineer for interesting projects at the forefront of new technology.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for RBS product PA (Power Amplifier) design, verification and maintenance.
- Design or maintain work to meet project requirements.
- Follow design and daily work process/procedure.
- To carry out all design activities efficiently.
- Keep study continuously to maintain competition level.
- Support production when needed.
- Theory analysis and simulation for radio design.
- Verify radio performance.
- Tuning and optimize radio performance.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor degree or above, major in Microwave, wireless communication or equivalent.
- More than 2 years of experience of PA HW design.
- Solid knowledge in microwave and electromagnetic field and experiences on radio.
- Knowledge of Circuit design, such as Power Amplifier.
- Familiar with radio test instruments, such as spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator, power meter etc.
- Strong ability to learn new technique and willing to research up-to-date techniques.
- Familiar with CAD tools, such as Mentor.
- Familiar with Radio simulation tools, such as ADS, AWR and HFSS.
- Familiar with PA theory and state-of-the-art PA technique used in mobile communication instruments, including PA linearization and efficiency improvement technique.
- Provide PA proposals according to system requirements, including link budget, power budget and line-up.
- Finish PA key components evaluation and select suitable PA solutions.
- Familiarity of Radio Simulation SW such as ADS, HFSS.
- PA transistor internal design.
