Syntronic deepens its commitment to youth entrepreneurship

At Syntronic, tomorrow’s breakthroughs start with the people who dare to imagine them today. That conviction drives our growing support for Ung Företagsamhet (UF), the nationwide Young Enterprise programme in Sweden that allows upper-secondary students to create and run real businesses for one academic year.

UF Gävleborg is the regional branch of the programme in Gävleborg County, which is home to Syntronic’s international headquarters. Our engagement with UF Gävleborg reflects our strong local roots and long-term commitment to developing future talent in the region and beyond.

This year, Syntronic has expanded its engagement with UF Gävleborg through increased collaboration.As part of our involvement, Syntronic’s talent acquisition team attended the regional UF Fair, where we served on the jury and presented one of the official awards. At the event, Josefine Bergqvist from our talent acquisition team handed out the award for Service of the Year to KlarVy UF from Slottegymnasiet in Ljusdal.

Creative thinking in tech

KlarVy UF had the honour of representing Gävleborg at SM i Ung Företagsamhet, the national finals in Stockholm last week. The event brought together hundreds of student companies from across Sweden to showcase their ideas, network with industry leaders, and compete for national recognition.

"Young Enterprise gives students an early chance to test their ideas and develop real-world skills. By supporting UF, we help cultivate the creative thinking and entrepreneurial mindset that the tech industry depends on," says Malin Lundquist, Strategic Competence Leader at Syntronic.
