Syntronic has developed a full-stack smart wristband health monitoring system built on web Bluetooth technology, enabling real-time health data monitoring across multiple devices without the need for native app installation.

The solution addresses common industry challenges related to fragmented data, limited scalability, and complex deployment, while supporting health management across a wide range of scenarios.

By leveraging mainstream web browsers, the system allows direct connection to compatible smart wristbands from computers, tablets, and mobile devices. This zero-installation approach reduces deployment costs and lowers the threshold for large-scale use in enterprise, healthcare, and consumer environments.

Real-time, scalable, and secure architecture

The system is designed with a low-latency, real-time architecture that enables data acquisition, transmission, and visualisation with end-to-end latency below 500 milliseconds. This allows accurate tracking of dynamic indicators such as heart rate fluctuations in near real time.

Built on a cloud-native architecture, the platform supports concurrent access for more than 10,000 users and a throughput exceeding 10,000 transactions per second. Security and reliability are ensured through TLS 1.3 encryption, role-based access control, and multi-level data backup strategies, achieving up to 99.99 percent data reliability and supporting compliance with health data requirements.

Full-stack capabilities and open integration

Using the Web Bluetooth API as its core, Syntronic has developed an end-to-end system covering front-end access, data transmission, real-time processing, storage, and visualisation. Key technical capabilities include multi-device compatibility, high-availability system design and open integration possibilities.

Applications across multiple scenarios

The solution is designed to support diverse use cases, including enterprise health management, sports and fitness training, collaboration with healthcare and rehabilitation institutions, and personal health monitoring through browser-based dashboards.

The system has already been implemented in several elderly care centres, serving thousands of users. According to operational results, monitoring efficiency has increased significantly, enabling care staff to oversee more individuals simultaneously while reducing manual data entry. Built-in alert mechanisms allow immediate response to abnormal readings, supporting faster intervention and improved safety. Historical data storage and trend analysis also enable more personalised care planning and greater transparency for authorised family members.

From solution design to long-term operation

Looking ahead, Syntronic plans to further integrate Web Bluetooth with IoT and artificial intelligence technologies, expanding functionality to areas such as sleep monitoring and exercise load assessment.
