Computer radiator news hero

A leading computer radiator firm recently chose to leverage Syntronic's R&D and manufacturing expertise in a new project. The collaboration resulted in the successful delivery of specialized water-cooled computer radiator display equipment.

Syntronic provided the design, program-driven development, and host computer platform management, in accordance with the customer’s specifications. The initial batch of equipment has now been manufactured and delivered in accordance with the computer radiator firm’s specific customer needs.

The water-cooled radiator display device engineered by Syntronic is powered by a 5V USB_9Pin and boasts support for SPI Flash storage and TF card expansion functionalities. Furthermore, it offers a range of features including host computer management settings, DIY image display, automatic screen flip display, screen animation display, lighting synchronization, and USB IAP upgrade. The device also has and the ability to read and display host information.

Easy configuration

A digital management platform accompanies the water-cooled radiator display device, facilitating easy configuration of display effects on the Windows operating system. This platform enables comprehensive management of devices and allows for customization of water-cooled screen display settings.

Users can configure various parameters such as screen brightness, gyroscope utilization status, RGB light synchronization, source selection, I/O interface settings, personalized display effects, and water-cooling equipment configuration. Moreover, it supports multiple modes such as situation mode, dynamic mode, and recorder mode, ensuring versatility in display options.

Testing and verification

Syntronic’s testing team ensures the quality of the mass-produced water-cooled radiator display equipment through rigorous testing and verification procedures.

Employing an FCT circuit function detection system comprising a test PC, a test resource module, and product test tooling, Syntronic enables dual-station parallel testing, thereby enhancing detection efficiency.

The system is equipped with customized test software featuring user management capabilities, self-testing and debugging functionalities, adjustable test limits, and editable test sequences.  Testers can easily update the test process and content through textual editing of the test sequence file, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in testing procedures.

Efficient manufacturing

The first batch of the equipment that was developed in the context of this collaboration has already been successfully manufactured and delivered. As a subsequent step, manufacturing for the second batch is already underway.
