Syntronic established a long-term strategic manufacturing and product realization partnership with a global leader in IoT solutions delivering integrated hardware, embedded software, and satellite/cellular connectivity platforms. The customer’s solutions empower businesses with real-time data, analytics, asset visibility, and regulatory compliance across transportation, logistics, heavy industry, maritime, natural resources, and government sectors.

Over a 15-year collaboration, Syntronic has supported countless New Product Introduction (NPI) programs and production initiatives for connected IoT and M2M devices engineered for satellite, cellular, and dual-mode connectivity. Scope

As a dedicated product realization partner, Syntronic has executed rapid-turn consigned NPI builds with turnaround times consistently in the 7–10 day range, and in many cases accelerated to 5 days. This capability provides fast validation feedback loops for engineering teams, reducing iteration cycles and supporting product evolution in dynamic IoT markets where connectivity modules and RF technologies change rapidly.

Syntronic’s scope begins with incoming component validation and quality inspection prior to kitting, ensuring that only verified materials reach the SMT lines. By assuming structured quality assurance responsibilities early in the process, Syntronic minimizes defect escape rates, reduces rework and scrap, and protects time-sensitive NPI schedules. Surface Mount Technology (SMT) assembly, mixed-technology PCBA, in-circuit testing, functional validation, and post-assembly inspection are managed within an integrated production governance model designed for accuracy and repeatability.
