Scope

As an integrated JDM partner, Syntronic assumed full responsibility for the blade server board project from concept through mass production. The engagement included high-speed PCB design, advanced thermal and signal integrity optimization, EMC/ESD design, DFM/DFT/DFC, and the establishment of scalable manufacturing processes.

Syntronic also implemented rigorous quality control measures such as automated inspection, electrical testing, and burn-in validation to ensure compliance with the customer’s uncompromising standards.
