Syntronic delivers advanced 5G radio solution to global connecti
Recently, Syntronic completed a 5G radio project for a leading provider of high-speed connectivity solutions, integrating a central CPU with multiple RF/IF transceivers under strict signal-integrity and system constraints. The result: reliable performance at multi-gigabit speeds in a dense, real-world design.

Signal integrity as a competitive advantage

Syntronic helps customers bring advanced products to market by combining deep expertise in high-speed digital design, RF, and system-level Signal Integrity (SI). As data rates climb into the tens and hundreds of gigabits per second, SI becomes essential to achieving reliable performance and meeting aggressive time-to-market goals.

At these speeds, small design decisions can have large consequences. As this project demonstrates, SI challenges are not driven by data rate alone, but by tight margins, complex channels, and noisy environments. Syntronic designed to the exact performance required - no more, no less - balancing reliability, risk, and cost. We engineered channels, layouts, and materials to meet target data rates and validated them with simulation and analysis, avoiding costly over-design and late-stage re-spins.

Engineering for real-world performance at scale

AI and high-performance computing dramatically increase internal data movement across CPUs, GPUs, accelerators, memory, and next-generation interconnects. Working with Syntronic ensures these systems can sustain required bandwidth reliably, before hardware is built and throughout the product lifecycle.
Our Signal Integrity services include:

  • Early interconnect and architecture evaluation
  • Pre-layout SI analysis and stack-up optimization
  • Post-layout verification of loss, impedance, timing, and noise
  • Simulation-driven design for multi-gigabit interfaces
  • Design reviews and layout support to prevent issues early
This project highlights the role of high-speed radio design as a foundation of the modern technology hardware stack. Syntronic delivered proven high-speed engineering that reduced risk, minimized re-spins, and accelerated product launch, supported by multidisciplinary teams from concept through production. The engineering capabilities behind advanced 5G systems - high-speed digital design, RF expertise, embedded software, and system-level SI - are increasingly critical for AI-focused hardware in data centers and edge compute platforms.
Whether you’re building advanced AI hardware or next-generation connectivity platforms, Syntronic ensures your products move data reliably - at the speed your applications demand. Contact our team today to learn more:
