Industrial environment

A world-leading industrial camera manufacturer has signed a technical cooperation agreement with Syntronic. In the context of the new agreement, Syntronic now provides hardware platform migration and FPGA solutions for the manufacturer’s world-renowned products.

Syntronic's R&D team supports the company’s world-leading partner by optimizing the design of FPGA-related hardware circuits, including the power supply, reset, clock, debug port, and other I/O ports.

Intense collaboration

The mutually beneficial collaboration is based on collaboration between software and hardware engineers. Synchronously, the teams carry out program verification and system design work, in addition to tasks related to system modelling, function division, and module division.

Syntronic envisions that the need for advanced FPGA expertise, which can be used to optimize industrial cameras and other advanced solutions, will continue to increase.

In the context of the collaboration, Syntronic implements a specific scientific management method. The method aims at ensuring that the entire process –  from design definition, code implementation, functional simulation, logic synthesis, pre-simulation, layout design, post-simulation, and board-level debugging – brings high-quality result and on-time deliveries.

An increasing number of manufacturers are opting for industrial cameras that can convert optical signals into ordered electrical signals.

The new generation of industrial cameras

As a key component in machine vision systems, industrial cameras have broad market prospects. An increasing number of manufacturers are opting for industrial cameras that can convert optical signals into ordered electrical signals, which results in advantages in terms of shooting speed, accuracy, and repeatability.

Syntronic envisions that the need for its advanced FPGA expertise, which can be used to optimize industrial cameras and other advanced solutions, will continue to increase in the future.
