Syntronic receives Wellness Employer Award

Syntronic has been selected for a Wellness Employer Award in China. Among thousands of enterprises, 23 companies were shortlisted, and 19 companies made the final selection.

The Wellness Employer Awards programme is an initiative by the China Human Resource Management Research Institute. The purpose is to acknowledge and reward employers that offer the best corporate health management concepts.

This year, Syntronic won the “2022 Award for Excellence: Team".  The jury’s motivation was that Syntronic has a clear and well-structured employee welfare strategy. Furthermore, the jury commended Syntronic’s health data evaluation system.

The jury consisted of representatives of the China Human Resource Management Research Institute, WOSL, CIIC, and the S10 Health Organization Alliance.
