We seek to evaluate how we can bring the utmost performance, reliability and efficiency for the state-of-the-art Power Amplifiers and enable our customers to take the next leap into the future!

In this master thesis project, we are looking to develop a test system that can be used to monitor and measure power amplifier products. This entails creating schematics, layout and the overall design of the test system. The purpose is to investigate how close we can measure to the specifications of the power amplifier transistors, and determine what methodology is most suitable in doing so.

Proposed research question:

• Within what margin can we measure a power amplifier to its specifications?
• Which methodology is most suitable for measuring power amplifiers?

• Measure and debug circuits with lab instruments (Oscilloscope, Spectrum analyzer, etc)
• Hardware programming with C, Arduino and understanding serial communications.

For a successful thesis work, we believe that the applicants should:

• have a background in Embedded engineering.
