What you'll do
The Project Manager/Scrum Master will be key in driving the system and development activities in the 5G Solution Engineering team, which is responsible for the end-2-end solution
Manage multiple scrum teams throughout the whole software development lifecycle
Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain and prioritize the user stories including the product backlog refinement
Schedules and facilitates scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review and retrospectives.
Ensures cross functional coordination is occurring early and often. Recommends improvements and assists in changes to best practices.
Measure and monitor progress
Manage relationships and coordinate with stakeholders
Runs one or more early Proof of Concept projects and/or studies; sets deadlines and deliverables and aligns with stakeholders
What you'll need to get the job done
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Scrum Master certification with deep understanding of all things Agile (Scrum, Kanban and other methodologies)
3+ years multi-project management experience in a technical (SDLC) environment
Must promote the value of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict management, continuous improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency.
Excellent stakeholder and expectation management skills
Solid experience from delivery of complex IT or Telecom projects, preferably in a geographically spread organization
Excellent communication skills
Experience with Agile technology practices such as DevOps, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration
Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, and SharePoint
Expert Admin JIRA user
Can work with diverse teams with diverse personalities, during high pressure scenarios, within extremely tight deadlines.
Experience with GitHub and Jenkins
Experience from Telecom R&D and/or cloud SW development
