As a PCB Designer at Syntronic, you will play a key role in the design and development of high-quality PCBs for a wide array of innovative products. Working closely with our engineering team, you will be involved in the full PCB design process, from schematic capture to the final validation and production stage. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with electrical engineers to understand and refine PCB design requirements.
  • Create and maintain component libraries.
  • Design and layout PCBs using industry-standard tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro & Siemens Xpedition/PADS.
  • Generate manufacturing files, such as ODB++ files.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve design issues, ensuring the highest quality and performance standards.
  • What you'll need to get the job done

  • College Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Basic experience with PCB design tools.
  • A strong understanding of PCB design principles and electrical components.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growing within the PCB design field.
  • What will make us REALLY love you

  • 2+ years of experience in PCB design, including internships or academic projects.
  • Familiarity with signal integrity analysis and high-speed design.
