As an integration developer at Syntronic Malaysia, you will play key role throughout the lifecycle of a product or service, from NPI to manufacturing.
You will work closely with different product development teams such as ASIC/ FPGA design, digital HW design, RF transceiver design, power amplifier design, SW design, algorithm design, filter/antenna design, system design, production test development and product verification. You will have the opportunity work with radio standards. GSM, WCDMA, LTE, 5G, NR and the latest technologies to improve the products’ competitiveness.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform early phase product study and define the reasonable integration scope, break down activities, and make end- to-end integration plans.
- Identify the critical path and high-risk point of integration activities.
- Design and implement corresponding integration solutions and methods.
- Perform Radio board bring-up, hardware access and basic radio integration.
- Perform radio performance optimization and problem trouble shooting.
- Provide strong support to the Base Station Radio product designers (hardware and software) and provide optimization suggestion.
- Achieve full Radio functionality and performance by integrating hardware, SW and algorithm with high quality and short lead time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering or Electromagnetic, Field and Microwave Technology, Communication Technology or equivalent.
- 5 years technical work within wireless communication systems and the radio design domain.
- Strong knowledge in Wireless Communication systems and Standard, Radio transceiver, including analog and digital signal processing.
- Strong skills in Radio HW and SW troubleshooting.
- Good programming skills is a plus (Matlab, Python, VEE, C#).
- Familiar with RF instruments such as spectrum analyzer, signal generator, network analyzer and many more.
- Knowledge of the implications of design for high-volume production.
