management team on workshop

Indonesia is taking big steps to move their capital, Jakarta, and turn it into a sustainable and smart city. The Indonesian government have invested USD 40 billion to modernize Jakarta. The heavy focus on the ICT and digitalization has made Indonesia a good alternative for Swedish companies that want to grow on the Asian market.

Business Sweden, an organization that help Swedish companies to grow their global sales and help international companies to invest and expand in Sweden, invited Syntronic to be a partner in their latest initiative: Make way for Indonesia.

"Indonesia’s rapid growth in ICT and digitalization has fueled market demand for our telecom services. Business has surpassed our expectations."

– Stefan Sundin, Managing Director, PT. Syntronic Indonesia.

Make way for Indonesia is a concept where Business Sweden together with already established Swedish companies in Indonesia are sharing their experience and stories of establishing in Indonesia.

It’s been two years since Syntronic opened the doors to the new aftermarket facility in Jakarta, Indonesia. The site started off with ten employees and has today grown into a team of 100 employees that supports customers with aftermarket services such as repair and upgrades.

"Indonesia’s rapid growth in ICT and digitalization has fueled market demand for our telecom services. Business has surpassed our expectations and we have invested in a high-tech facility in West Java to support our expansion plans," says Stefan Sundin, Managing Director, PT. Syntronic Indonesia.
